A new tool has been released for Windows Phone 7, which bypasses the Windows Phone 7 Marketplace, the ChevronWP7 tool, Windows Phone 7 is basically locked unless you are a developer.
The ChevronWP7 tool basically allows you to load applications onto Windows Phone 7 without going through the WP7 Marketplace, although the developer point out that the tool is not designed to be used for piracy, although no doubt some people may use it for this.
The tool will work with any Windows PC running
