Ringbow Controller Could Change Touchscreen Computing

We add “could” for the simple reason that it’s a prototype. Just recently unveiled/previewed at a demo event earlier this month, the Ringbow is perhaps the first of its kind. What it does is be a non-mouse for tablet users. Why is this supposed to be useful?
