I have reviewed and used many different video cards over the years and the thing I always hated was that ATI/AMD for a long time would not allow card partners to overclock the video cards from the factory. That has all changed and there are a number of factory overclocked cards on the market today from AMD partners.
The latest is the new Radeon HD 6850 Overclocked Edition (PDF) from Club 3D. Club 3D’s card has the same basic features of all other 6850 video cards on the market today
